Please note: At this time I am not in network with any insurance company through Gray Area Counseling. Services are provided on a self-pay basis. I am flexible about sliding scale rates - let me know what feels equitable for you.

Standard Rate

Who pays this rate:

  • Clients who have the means to pay out-of-pocket for therapy as a part of their regular budget.

  • This rate is set slightly below the current standard for the Seattle area since I do not offer insurance billing. This rate allows me to offer in-person sessions in a comfortable and safe space.

$100-$140

Sliding Scale Rate

Who pays this rate:

  • Clients whose financial resources cannot support the standard rate as a part of their regular budget. Most of my clients access care through a sliding scale rate.

  • Please do not hesitate to ask me about accessing this rate.

$175-$225

Sponsor Rate

Who pays this rate:

  • Clients who have the means to support others who do not have the financial resources for therapy.

  • Electing to pay this rate allows me to offer sliding scale services to more people in our community.
